IMG_1854PRIVATE YOGA: This one on one yoga experience is available for all levels and abilities. Work at achieving your goals, building overall body and core strength, increasing flexibility and reducing stress. As you deepen your level of understanding about your own body and build the strength necessary to help protect and avoid chronic pain, you will find that the yoga speaks for itself. Additionally, yoga can help with healing old injuries, neck and back pain, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, headaches, sciatica, and many other conditions. Depending on the individual level, a complete and thorough yoga session is created.


PRIVATE RESTORATIVE/GENTLE YOGA:
 Restorative yoga is known as “the yoga of being as opposed to doing”. Gentle yoga can be done along with restorative yoga, or by itself. It is a slower, gentler approach to the body and how it moves into each pose. Restorative yoga is a supported, conscious body/mind relaxation practice. When supported with props, the body relaxes and opens, releasing tension and stored-up toxins that can cause illness. Restorative and gentle yoga poses offer benefits to both the IMG_2115body and mind, for conditions ranging from insomnia to chronic pain to migraines to depression. Done in sequence, a restorative yoga practice will bring your whole body into a deeply relaxed state, and allow your mind to become quiet and reflective, resulting in an overall state of balance.


SEMI-PRIVATE YOGA:
Semi-private yoga is ideal for 2-4 people as all participants still get a good amount of individual guidance and attention. These classes are designed to fit your goals and are open to all levels. A typical class would include a Vinyasa style yoga flow with movement and breath, along with meditation and/or breathing exercises if desired. Classes can be arranged at a studio location, your home, office or outside when weather permits.
